All sales on Biponon.com.bd are final. Once a product is sold and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any products once the purchase is completed, except in the following rare cases:

• You receive a wrong item (different from what was ordered).

• The product is damaged during delivery.

If approved, we will offer:
